1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HRinfo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
HRinfo provides a people data platform that aggregates employee information from connected HR systems, creates a unified employee directory, generates org charts and analytics, and supports compliance tracking and document management.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process employee data through the Service.
4. Your Data
You retain full ownership of all employee data processed through HRinfo. We do not use your data for any purpose other than providing the Service. Upon termination, we delete all your data within 30 days. You can export your data at any time via our API or the dashboard.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of data protection regulations
- Process data of individuals without appropriate legal basis
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
- Interfere with or disrupt the performance of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization
6. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance based on the number of active employees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension after a 14-day grace period.
7. Service Level Agreement
For Growth and Enterprise plans, we commit to 99.9% uptime for the HRinfo platform. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours in advance and excluded from SLA calculations. Service credits are available for downtime exceeding the SLA threshold.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HRinfo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, your access ceases and data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may export your data during the notice period.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
